The Market Intelligence Analyst will develop and communicate insight-based recommendations that inform the company's global product strategy. In this a high-visibility role, the candidate would have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the company's growth strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
Thought leadership in market and industry dynamics
Deep-dive competitive research and analysis, including pricing
Conducting various forms of research including internal data mining, expert interviews, online panels, and Voice of the Customer (VotC) interviews
Regular interaction with analysts, including inquiries, briefings, and strategy sessions
Ongoing collaboration with Product Management and Product Marketers on the development of business models, product plans, and Go-to-Market strategies
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) AND 1-3 years of relevant work experience at a communications/technology company or research firm
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MS) in Statistics highly preferred
Expert-level understanding of research methods; candidate should understand the relative merits of different types of methods and models and apply accordingly
Ability to effectively communicate technical/complex information and recommendations succinctly and an impactful manner
Multitasker who can effectively prioritize, oversee, and facilitate multiple projects and requests
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical staff
High degree of comfort with Microsoft® Excel
Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
