Manpower Group Customer Service Representative in Flippin, Arkansas

Responsibilities/Daily Tasks

Produces customer quotations. Assists in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for established customers. Monitors production order schedules and expedites delivery per customer requests. Operates ERP software, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes. Maintains detailed files for documentation. Creates letters, quotes and miscellaneous correspondence. Answers sales calls and provides information as needed. Serves as liaison with manufacturing, engineering and shipping personnel. Processes change orders.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.


High School Diploma, or equivalent, one year of customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
