Manpower Group Regional Sales- Southwest US- heavy commercial truck in Hanover, Pennsylvania

Our client, a successful heavy duty truck parts manufacturing facility in South-central PA, has a direct hire opportunity for a Regional Sales Representative/ Manager for the *Southwest US . The ideal candidate needs to be based in or near the following cities…Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Wichita, Dallas, or Little Rock. The objective of this role is to market and sell products by identifying and developing market opportunities and managing relationships with customers (service existing accounts as well as new target opportunities)

Job Summary:

  • Work closely with Customer Sales & Services Manager to develop and implement target account specific objectives, strategies, and action plans

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and company offerings

  • Quote prices, credit terms & bid specifications; maintain records in automated systems

  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs

  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences

  • Answer customers' inquiries (products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms)

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate this information to management

Qualifications include:

reside in or near the following cities…Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Wichita, Dallas, or Little Rock

  • 5 or more years prior & proven outside sales experience with heavy-duty truck expertise (Sales role of heavy duty supplier, transportation company, or OEM/dealer environment)

  • Good PC skills, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, self-motivated and self-disciplined

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk, reach frequently throughout the workday

  • Valid Driver's license and Passport

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
