Manpower Contract Compliance Analyst in Tempe, Arizona

The Contract Compliance Analyst will monitor ManpowerGroup’ effectiveness to meet client compliance (operational) requirements as outlined in service agreements, SOW’s, PO’s and rate card documents. Specific areas of focus will include onboarding requirements, drug screening, background checks, pricing method, rate compliance, vendor neutrality, reporting, ACA, rebates/discounts, and all other compliance requirements specific to each client. The Analyst will be required to lead audits and provide feedback and communicate results to Senior Leadership.
Assists with audits, vendor forms, insurance requests, certificates, and other compliance requests as needed.
Leads proactive compliance reviews on strategic accounts to assess/audit compliance requirements.
Develop processes for maintaining compliance of strategic accounts and ensure that they are adhered too.
Assist sales and operations staff with ad hoc reporting.
Interact with other areas of the business in order obtain required compliance documentation.
Coordinate with sales and operations staff to implement compliance controls.
Create Audit response for client facing audits.
Communicate Audit results to internal stakeholders and provide guidance and a strategy for resolving gaps and mitigating future risk.
Minimum three years of experience working in contract compliance or a similar role providing analysis, support, and oversight of customer mandated rules of engagement
Experience of managing and leading both internal and external audits
Background within the staffing industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contracts, operations, finance or related field
Experience working in a professional and technical environment.
Previous contracts review, negotiation or compliance experience
Expert in MS Excel and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and oral communication skills along with the ability to communicate to all levels
