Manpower Group Client Services Program Strategist - Remote in Birmingham, Alabama

Position Description:

As part of the Client Service team, this role is responsible for the coordination and execution of integrated programs to ensure a streamlined approach for the business and our customers. This includes identifying business needs, solutions oriented project plans, process improvement and new system implementation. It also includes developing various analytical reports to support cost and error reduction and improved customer satisfaction to increase sales and to position the Stericycle pharmaceutical and Manufacturing and Industrial waste services. Supports medium to large projects that include sales assessments, productivity improvements, and/or technology project management including budgeting and costing estimates and sales forecasts.

*Partners with others areas of Environmental Solutions departments to develop and implement both Long and Short term plansplans to ensure the entire portfolio of Stericycle pharmaceutical and Manufacturing and Industrial waste services provides an excellent customer experience. This includes timely billing, accurate invoicing, accurate waste profiling, accurate pricing, timely services.

*Partners with sales, operations, client service and finance teams to ensure appropriate pricing and approvals of all pharmaceutical waste sales opportunities. For services that ESOL provides to other divisions (IE HCS), work across divisions with senior leadership to identify, implement and ensure team member competency in new processes that improve customer experience and operational efficiency and reduce error rate. Works with Client Service leadership team to establish performance competencies, assessment tools and targeted training to ensure operation excellence.

*Provides a detailed business review on a regular monthly and quarterly cycle to leadership describing the health of ESOL services and projected performance in a metrics driven forum. Identifies and presents solutions to gain operational efficiencies and effectiveness in pharmaceutical and manufacturing and industrial waste programs.

*Supports Sales Management and Sales Operations and Client Service Management in developing a solutions oriented value program/package for current and future clients.

*Serves as the contact point to facilitate new operating systems within client services. Leads new initiatives that improve processes and customer experience. Creates Standard Operating Procedures for the operations, client services and implementation teams and prepares process flow diagrams and work instruction documentation.

Position Requirements:

*Education equivalent to Bachelor's degree, with emphasis in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related fields or the equivalent in related work experience.

*Minimum of five years of project or program management within a client management environment.

*Demonstrates strong skills in performing quantitative analysis and in analyzing / interpreting large amounts of detailed information and data to produce meaningful reporting as well as identifying trends and developing strategies based on results.

*Minimum of 5 or more years in a client services management role in the Manufacturing and Industrial Waste industry. Demonstrates excellent management skills and track record.

*Demonstrates strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products. Advanced skills with MS Excel, SalesForce.com, Avaya CMS, and Powerpoint required.

*Demonstrated knowledge of marketing databases.
