You will be expected to:

  • Support the creation of email templates and procedure documents by using proper grammar and formulating concise sentences and/or paragraphs

  • Create email workflows to aid in resolving email inquiries received from customers within the established turnaround times

  • Proactively identify and act on issues and offer customer feedback

  • Complete knowledge based reviews of all product enhancements, recognizing gaps in the process and providing recommendations to management

  • Meet all quality and production standards

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned or required
