Manpower Group Talent Acquistion Specialist in Chino, California

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that all non-exempt and exempt positions are filled with the best possible talent to support their growing operations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization and will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.


Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting third-party recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Coordinating and attending career fairs in surrounding areas.

Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.

Working with the team to ensure that Nexgrill conforms to government and regulatory hiring and staff management practices; handling some administrative duties related to recruiting.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently.

Knowledge and experience working with an equal opportunity employer and well versed in the acceptable practices of interviewing and recruiting in a non-discriminatory environment.

A bachelor's degree is required.

Experience in recruiting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent computer literacy and application skills in desktop computing including, MS Excel, MS Word, and other commonly used office productivity tools.

Experience in applicant management system like Icims or Taleo a plus.

Skilled at researching, investigating and gathering information from internet site resources.

Fluent in Chinese Mandarin is an asset.

Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detailed-oriented, with attention to detail for tasks that have zero tolerance for errors.

Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required.
