Manpower Group Inside Sales Account Executive in El Paso, Texas

IMMEDIATE OPENING

We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities to build relationships with businesses and identify business needs.

Experience: 1 year's minimum work experience in a sales environment

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's a plus

Language: Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English to effectively communicate with the public and other staff, Spanish is a plus

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role and/or call center experience including cold calling

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel; must type at least 35 WPM

  • Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, self-motivated and ability to build relationships

  • Must have an outgoing personality, highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in meeting/exceeding key performance indicators

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision

  • Will be tested in basic Microsoft applications, spelling/grammar and typing

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for presenting and promoting products/services using sales strategies to existing and prospective businesses/employers to utilize Workforce Center Services

  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Ability to maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory

  • Achieve agreed upon performance targets and outcomes within schedule and time-line

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and potential for new services

  • Ability to take constructive feedback in a positive way to improve performance

  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and business relationships

  • Sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Position Information:

  • Office setting which requires sitting for 8 hours a day

  • Call center-based environment which consists of being on the phone most of the day taking incoming calls and doing cold calling

  • The position will be located at the downtown Workforce Solutions office

  • The work schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM with holidays off; some weekends required based on business needs

  • This is a temp-to-hire position depending on performance
