What is the job?

  • Basic sales, process and warranty support via phone, email and web chat

  • Utilizes knowledge of product line, processes, and customer application to support customer base

  • Answers basic warranty policy and technical sales support questions

  • File Warranty reports on behalf of customers

  • Use ERP system to check stock, prices, and place orders

What you bring to the job?

  • Bachelor's degree or technical school with an Associate's degree

  • Technical trouble shooting experience and skills

  • Customer Service experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Second language skills and a technical background are preferred.
