What is the job?
Basic sales, process and warranty support via phone, email and web chat
Utilizes knowledge of product line, processes, and customer application to support customer base
Answers basic warranty policy and technical sales support questions
File Warranty reports on behalf of customers
Use ERP system to check stock, prices, and place orders
What you bring to the job?
Bachelor's degree or technical school with an Associate's degree
Technical trouble shooting experience and skills
Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Second language skills and a technical background are preferred.
