Manpower Group Tool Services Coordinator in Irving, Texas

We are seeking a Tool Service Coordinator for our client in Irving, Texas. This exciting opportunity will work a 40 hour week, Monday through Friday with weekends off! The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

Responsible for managing the operation of a local On Demand Tool Services Center (TSC).

Ships and receives all Tools On Demand and Fleet Loaner tools within the respective TSC.

Communicate questions, complaints, and tool issues with the On Demand local process expert.

Manage Fleet Premium Loaner Tool Pool and Tools On Demand program within a local TSC.

  • Ensure that all tools are shipped in a timely manner and in compliance with prescribed order fulfillment targets.

  • Review inventory stock weekly and order additional tools and accessories to ensure that minimum stock quantities are available for order fulfillment.

  • Analyze and grade the condition of returned tools

  • Separate tools to be kept as part of the Fleet Premium Loaner/Tools On Demand Tool Pool

  • Organize and manage stocking locations on-hand inventory for Fleet Premium Loaner/Tools On Demand Tool Pool

  • Modify the equipment status of expired fleet tools in SAP to reflect the tool was scrapped

  • Fulfill Fleet Premium Loaner Tool orders and Tools on Demand orders

  • Create repair orders for returned Fleet Premium Loaner/Tools On Demand Tool Pool and position the tools for the repair process; restock the tools once repaired or serviced

  • Communicate with other service centers on On Demand processes

  • Complete daily cycle counts

  • Ensure that all tools are in the ON!Track system and this inventory matches with SAP inventory

Successful candidate will need a High School Diploma or GED. Experience in SAP software as well as MS Excel. Great customer service ability and strong communication skills as well. Workshop environment subject to heat, cold, dust, and other particles. Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing up and down ladders.
