A reputable financial institution in Lewiston is now looking to add a Financial Clerk to its team! Utilize your administrative skills and banking experience while helping a great team keep operations running smoothly and in compliance with established rules and regulations.
What's in it for you?
Full time, long term job
Monday-Friday schedule working 8am-4:30pm
$14/hour, paid weekly
What will you be doing?
Crediting and debiting customer accounts to amend errors
Compiling, sorting, and filing records of business transactions
Filing, mailing, and faxing documents
Updating and maintaining database systems
What will you bring to the job?
Previous administrative and banking experience required
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
An understanding of credits and debits
Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Good written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail
