ManpowerGroup is adding a People & Culture Partner to our growing Human Resources team. Are you a flexible HR Manager / HR Business Partner looking to be proactive with Sr. leaders? This position will present an opportunity to work in an HR department that works in a very collaborative and consultative environment, a chance to be part of the solution and long-term goals, not just the "HR person" Must have experience developing leaders, supporting talent plans & performance, organizational development and ability to influence at a Sr. level.

  • Experience leading and working through large scale and complex business transformations. Either in a project leadership capacity or as part of a workstream, experience with serving as the talent expert in organizational change.

  • Experience working with Sales Leaders and Sales Teams. Deep understanding of sales talent and motivations through the talent lifecycle.

  • Strong business acumen and consulting. Ability to think through a situation with a business lense first and complimented by an HR expertise

  • Lead complex projects and provide key talent insights on business initiatives to drive results in support of overall talent strategies (Organizational Design, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Performance Management)

  • Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action through a consultative and influencing approach.

  • Assess organizational performance systematically, defining talent gaps and proposing and executing HR and Talent solutions that support client business objectives.

  • Utilize HR and business data and metrics to enable and support decision making.

  • Strengthen leadership and build capabilities through consultation and coaching.

  • Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and nurture a culture of continuous growth and development and enable performance.

  • Understand current and future business needs around strategy, process, structure and people and provide key insights to achieve business performance.

  • Create and participate in collaborative opportunities across the functions and brands and within the NA People & Culture team.


  • A Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree preferred, with 7 years' progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrix environment, with specific experience in organizational design, performance, talent management and change management.

  • Proven leadership competence with strong influencing capabilities.

  • Proven success in the development and execution of HR strategies in the areas of talent and performance management, engagement and organizational development.

  • Ability to assess company's business objectives and connect them to talent strategies along with the ability to articulate the company's position in a positive and influential manner - excellent business acumen.

  • Recognizes and analyzes problems and responds with a sense of urgency and seeing beyond the presenting problem, using good judgment; makes timely, thoughtful decisions; seeks and accepts input from others.

  • Ability to position self as credible (gains respect, acts with integrity, keeps commitments); proactive (has a point of view, challenges assumptions, takes initiative); and a trusted thought-partner (builds relationships, delivers outcomes).

  • Sound knowledge and experience with human resources policies, practices and compliance standards (federal, state and local) as a baseline.

  • Previous experience supporting remote leaders and teams.

  • Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • The typical office setting is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated.

  • Typically the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work. However, there will be walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts, driving an automobile, etc.

Occasional travel via plane or car to field location in support of clients
