Manpower Solutions Executive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Solutions Executive is responsible for the design of executable and profitable solutions and delivery models for the Experis Technology Solutions organization. Assess and align client’s business, technical and resource requirements with operational plans and delivery metrics.

Results & Strategy:

Strategy: Contribute to market and account-level penetration and win strategies. In coordination with Platform group and SMEs, develop go-to-market competencies, collaterals, tools and methodologies, and engage technical subject matter experts for both product development and presales

Sales: Lead and support discovery and qualification sessions and lend expertise on service capabilities, methodologies and offerings to client and sales/proposal teams throughout the sales process. Identify technology requirements to be assembled in delivering the solution with a functional understanding of the full realm of technical options. Collaborate and engage with appropriate solution platform architects and leadership to facilitate solution development and ensure delivery confidence. Finalize solution designs, conduct risk assessments, cost/profitability analyses, and present proposals, pricing, and Statement of Work. Proactively identify barriers to successful delivery and generate alternatives prior to sale.

Delivery: Coordinate with Solutions Delivery to establish engagement management and delivery approach during the presales cycle. Troubleshoot, adjust, and realign requirements and processes as needed. Establish timeframes for implementation and delivery; translate requirements to project manager and internal team(s). Provide consulting before, during and after handoff and remain an advisor through go live. . Meet with clients as needed to ensure quality performance

Client & Candidate:

Consult with clients from functional managers through senior leadership on design and delivery of complex talent and platform solutions, with focus on ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty. Present value proposition and adapt solutions to meet customer needs and deliver value without sacrificing discipline of solutions.

Thought Leadership:

Deep subject matter expert on design, delivery and architecture for one or more solution competencies: digital, infrastructure and cyber security, enterprise applications. Offer customized workforce solutions to client by collaborating with teams/brands to leverage full suite of Experis solutions.

Qualifications Required:

• 10 years in technical business management, delivery, or relevant client facing experience

• Sales: 2 years selling technical solutions / in a professional services industry, including pricing and profitability of human capital

• Technical: Applied knowledge across multiple technologies and methodologies:

Methodologies and ERP: Agile, Waterfall, Iterative development, DevOps, Release Management, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, ITSM/ITIL, PMI-based Project Management, Service Desk and Field Services Management

Infrastructure: IaaS, PaaS, Azure, AWS, Google cloud, O365, Windows 10, Virtualization (MS App-V, MS Hyper-V, VMware), Windows Server, SCCM, SMS, Clinical Evaluation Reporting, MDM/MDR regulation, Clinical Trials, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Backup and Recovery, Data Center builds, hardware management, storage management, operations, L1-L4 Service Desk and tools, IT Field Services, DNS, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, Network Design, NOC/SOC, Cisco CDN, DBDS, Firewalls and Penetration Testing, Secure Authentication (RSA, Vasco, MFA, PIV, AD RMS, ADFS)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, or certifications
