Manpower Group Talent Engagement Marketer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Talent Engagement Marketer is responsible for using multi-channel marketing to identify and engage a talent pool for a ManpowerGroup Solutions client team. This involves direct marketing, market research, serving as a brand ambassador for client careers, and working with networking groups to build relationships and generate leads.

The Talent Engagement Marketer will partner closely with the client's aligned Recruiting teams as well as Retention Marketers to focus on turning this talent pool into active candidates and employees.

  • Implement multi-channel marketing to acquire new, quality talent leads delivered to active openings.

  • Generate leads on potential talent to grow the client's talent pool; review and qualify existing leads as well as new leads.

  • Acquire top engineering, design, product, marketing, and data talent from channels such as employee referrals, alumni, and diversity networks.

  • Use direct marketing skills in conjunction with recruiting practices to create pipelines of ready-now, qualified talent for active openings or ready-later, qualified talent to be nurtured in functional talent communities for later hire.

  • Own a specific marketing channel, functioning as the channel marketer for specific hiring teams.

  • Partner closely with client Recruiting teams to understand the core profiles for each hire.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly candidate submissions to functional recruiting teams as tied to hiring goals.

  • Deliver client-generated content to prospects through various marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar undergraduate degree is preferred.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience with direct marketing campaigns, event management, or social media.

  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and its advanced functions such as Pivot Tables.

  • Experience working with Marketing Automation Tools is strongly desired.

  • Lead generation experience is strongly preferred.
