Manpower Group Customer Service Rep in Mountain View, California

Entry/junior level Customer Service Representative position in a fast paced environment. A successful candidate will start as a temp and may convert to full-time if performance meets requirement and candidate shows potential.

Customer Service duties include:

  • Effectively manage customer's incoming calls

  • Serve customers by providing product and availability information

  • Assist customers with order placement, changes, order tracking, inventory, shipping and reporting; etc

  • Invoice customers

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

  • Answer customer queries by emails

  • Other customer service and office management tasks

Requirement:

  • Work hours- 7-4 pm; Paid overtime for extra hrs

  • Must have excellent communication skills

  • Strong phone-customer handling skills

  • Customer Service orientation

  • Basic to moderate computer skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac and PC

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
