Manpower Canada seeks a Talent Placement Specialist to join our team.
The Talent Placement Specialist is both client and candidate facing and is the primary owner of the matching, selection and placement process to fill Manpower orders.
The Talent Placement Specialist will leverage existing pools of candidates to identify and place qualified candidates based on client needs and requirements.
The Talent Placement Specialist will use standard practices and technology to ensure the best-fit match meets our clients’ demands efficiently and timely.
This individual will also be responsible for working with in-market partners and potentially other vendors to qualify and assess candidates for client placement.
The Talent Placement Specialist will coordinate any client interviews with candidates and will extend the offer to the selected candidate as appropriate.
The Talent Placement Specialist will work with the Talent Manager to ensure first-day activities are executed and the client’s order is successfully filled.
Searching and shortlisting candidates from Manpower database and talent pools.
Working with in-market partners and vendors to execute client specific validation requirements, including client interviews, background checks, assessments and drug screens.
Offering the candidate the job and facilitating on-boarding activities.
Working with the Client Account Manager and Talent Manager to ensure placement and order fulfillment satisfaction.
Sharing best practices, success and challenges with service delivery, talent and sales functions.
Generating leads and passing them along to the Sales Executive.
Responsible for key skill selling and permanent placement either by generating orders or receiving orders from clients through other sources (i.e. Client Account Manager, Sales Executive, Talent Manager, etc.).
Minimum of 3 years prior work experience in recruiting or business development.
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in relevant or market-specific verticals preferred.
