Responsibilities:

  • Effectively build and manage a lead pipeline in Salesforce.com

  • Efficiently manage multiple lead sources, such as inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, etc

  • Utilize a variety of tools for discovery, research, and initiation of outbound calling campaigns to new prospects

  • Maintain a high level of activity (approximately 70 calls per day)

  • Relevantly, clearly, and concisely communicate general product value and marketplace differentiation to buyer personas of all types

  • Nurture prospects along the buyer's journey until qualified and assigned to a sales representative

  • Proactively establish relationships with internal sales team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in lead generation

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience using Salesforce.com

  • Excellent follow-up and nurturing skills

  • Ability to prioritize the highest value activities

  • Driven by the thrill of navigating businesses to find decision makers and rapidly establish trust

  • Obsessed with discovering pain and determining real sales opportunity

  • Highly motivated and disciplined

  • Able to adapt improving processes and systems

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related field preferred
