What's in it for you?

Stable full-time job with potential to become temp to hire after 3-4 months

Excellent Monday-Friday schedule working 8am-4:30pm

$15-16/hour DOE, and weekly pay

What will you be doing?

Taking customer orders by email, and entering purchase orders into the company's MRP program

Generating open order reports for customers

Updating and maintaining information in the company's CRM program

Tracking open orders and communicating updates and delays to customers and sales reps as appropriate

Working closely with other departments to ensure timely order shipment

What will you bring to the job?

At least 2 years of customer service experience (bioscience industry preferred)

Associate's degree preferred

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize work independently

Demonstrated knowledge of the markets and applications for company's products (this is a plus!)
